Editors note: This post will start with our 1st pictures
of the gameroom and will them progress through our
unpacking/remodeling pictures. Rather than wait until it's all done,
I've decided to give periodic progress reports.
The upstairs gameroom or living area is HUGE! The fan didn't work either and the doors to the deck aren't too secure, although they don't have holes in the bottom to get the bugs in. At some point, they will need to be replaced. It's just not a 1st thing replacement. One end of the room has a huge closet entirely filled with built-in shelves.
October 2013:
We've painted this room the same brown tone as the downstairs and we again changed the ceiling fan. One this one, the switches were shorted out. However, we didn't want to keep this one as it has been used as a bird perch.
January 2014: We've done a little more organizing, in some ways, and less in other ways. We definitely live in this room. The sewing machines are out and most of the boxes have been emptied.
