It's about time to start thinking about the next school year. There is still a month before promotion in Bible Class. However, it's going to go quickly.

S,A -- Spelling - Phonetic Zoo
C -- Phonics - "The Ordinary Parents Guide to Teaching Reading"
S -- Grammer - Analytical Grammer, Jr and Mechanics
S,A -- Writing - Institute for Excellence in Writing - SWI-A/B, Geography Studies, and History Studies
S,A,C -- Handwriting - copywork and typing
E -- Spanish - Powerglide (not sure where we are doing after that. Thinking about Tell Me More - any suggestions?)
S,A -- Latin - Latin's Not So Tough, Levels 1, 2, and 3
S,A,C -- Math - Rightstart levels A and B; Teaching Textbooks (we purchased this over the summer to reinforce and reteach some of the concepts. I think we are going to gravitate everyone toward this as they enter 3rd grade.)
E -- History - The Mystery of History
E -- Science - Astronomy (the girls want to make some cool projects to enter in the children's contest at the Texas Star Party next year)
E -- Geography - Finish "A Child's Geography:Exploring His Earth"
S,A -- Genealogy - the Margerum and Larkin families
E -- Music Appreciation - Bach, Beethoven, and Baroque style
